Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders are processed in our system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the order in which they are received. Most products will ship within 48 -72 hours after the order has been placed, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST. Sheepdog Response, LLC will strive to have your items shipped as fast as possible.
To ensure that you get all of your items in a timely manner, items may be shipped separately. If for some reason one of your items is not in stock or back ordered, your shipment may be delayed. If your back ordered item is not shipped in a timely manner, you may choose to be granted a refund. Customer Service will contact you during processing to review all of the available options. Please note that some items on backorder may not be listed as such due to system update times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
