REFUND POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 17, 2022
ITEM RETURN POLICY
We understand you might change your mind. You can return your order, however products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. Custom orders may not be returned. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for Clearance and Sale items. The following items are also excluded from returns: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), Fully Loaded Tactical Stockings, Fully Loaded Ammo Cans, and Holiday Mystery Boxes. We will NOT apply retroactive discounts or sales prices.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no restocking fee.
We do not accept ANY returns for ANY products after the 30-day window.

ONLINE COURSES REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds on any online digital product.

GIFT CARD REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on gift cards

EVENT REFUND POLICY
If you have to cancel your participation in our events or wish to transfer your registration to a different course location and date, please view the following table for applicable fees:

All requests for transfer or cancellations must be emailed to 6CreaksSolutions@gmail.com. The date of the emailed request is the date that the % will be based upon. Once a transfer has been requested the course credit being held is no longer eligible for a refund of any kind. Transfer fees are non-refundable.
If you request a transfer you must do so no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event. You must pay the transfer fee prior to the course start date and you will have 6 months to attend the same type of course. If there is no course in your area, you will still only have 6 months to attend a course in another area. You can only transfer a registration once.
If you received any free gear or virtual training as part of any promotions at the time of your course registration, and you cancel within an eligible refund period, your refund will not include the price of the gear or virtual training items you received. The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.
We will NOT apply retroactive discounts or sales prices.

Courses with Prerequisites
If you signed up for a course that requires a prerequisite that you do not already have, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may use those course funds to pay for the prerequisite course. Sheepdog Response courses are the only approved prerequisite courses. No other company courses may qualify as prerequisites.

Protector 2 Course Requirements
If you signed up for a Protector 2 course and have not yet attended a Protector 1 course, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may use those course funds to pay for a Protector 1 course. You cannot attend a Protector 2 course unless you have already attended a Protector 1 course or a LEO Only course.

ACT OF GOD CLAUSE
If an Act of God causes the cancellation and rescheduling of an event, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or other natural disaster, the course will be rescheduled within 60-90 days of the original course date. If Sheepdog Response, LLC cannot reschedule the event within that time frame, attendees will be given a credit to attend any course of their choosing within the next 12 months. If an attendee misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an act of God, they will be given a credit for a future course.

Policy Changes
Sheepdog Response reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels. It is the responsibility of the user to review the policy periodically for any updates. Continued use of our services following any changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
